I don’t understand girls and shoes. I was out with a girl a few weeks ago who wore high heels, but kept a pair of flats in her handbag for walking. If the hells are so horribly uncomfortable, then why do you wear them at all? If it’s a “looking good” thing, only foot fetishists and the like would count that as a factor, and there can’t be all that many of them to make it worthwhile?

In my experience; it depends on the car. My old 1972 Plymouth Scamp has 4 drum brakes with absolutely no power boost. You have to really press hard on the brake pedal; lol; scary stuff at high speed. So its boots or sneakers for that one.
The newer cars have disk brakes and/or power boost. They take a lot less pressure that can be done with heels, flats, or whatever.

high heels are a little difficult to drive in – I have ballet flats in the car so that i can wear them while driving
